The Lightroom Lab
September 15th, 2008 by Neil Corman
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom is the focus this week as we link the week with The Lightroom Lab . The Lightroom Lab is a new website started by photographer and digital guru Scott Rouse. On the website you will find tips, tricks, tutorials, videos, and discussions about Adobe Photoshop Lightroom .
In talking to Scott last week about his new venture he mentioned that we should be on the lookout for some interesting articles in the upcoming weeks covering the following topics:
- Backing up and external storage
- Multiple monitor support
- Where the heck are my images
- "Don’t be a Lightroom victim"
Additionally, The Lightroom Lab will be highlighting the main features of the program as well as some of the lesser used tools. As someone who has been using Lightroom for over the past year having these items presented will be helpful to ensure I am using Lightroom to the full extent which will benefit my workflow.
Besides providing tips and tricks, The Lightroom Lab will be profiling how specific photographers (amateur and pro) use Lightroom in their workflow as well as any tips or tricks they may have to offer. If this is something you are interested in being a part and would like to contribute contact The Lightroom Lab using the Become a Lightroom Lab Contributor page. By becoming a contributor you not only get to share your knowledge with others, but also get to advertise your website with a linkback.
Let us know what you think of The Lightroom Lab, and check back next week for another Linking the Week site.
