Imperial Valley (Day 25)

November 25th, 2008 by Neil Corman

At the south end of the Salton Sea is the Imperial Valley, which includes the cities of Brawley, El Centro and Calexico.  The makeup of the land is quite different from the land and desert area in Imperial County, with the valley being heavily agriculture.  With the weather in the area, two growing cycles are possible each year providing summer and winter crops.  As new crops are starting to rise on some of the farmland the new growth is the image for Day 25 of Thirty Days 2008.

Stop by tomorrow for Day 26 of Thirty Days 2008.
