Taking advantage of the extra hour of sleep with daylight savings, I headed out to photograph in the Riverfront Park area of Denver this morning.  There was a little chill in the air, but all of the snow from the prior week had been melted which allowed me to explore the park area as people were out walking their dogs with a cup of coffee in hand.

As I crossed the bridge back towards Union Station and where I parked I noticed the position of the sun and played around with getting the steps of the bridge included as well as the starburst of the sun resulting in the first image of Thirty Days 2009.
