While visiting Singapore I made my way to the Merlion in the Downtown core. It was an overcast day with periods of rain as well. As I got to the Merlion I first waited for the many others in the area to get a picture before getting a wide image. As I waited I realized the potential of taking a closer image and placing the skyscrapers in the distance as part of the image. The higher shutter speed allowed me to freeze the water in this image and looking at the next frame I found this works better as well for the scene.
