As the sun was setting in the distance the airplane I was on continued to descending into the clouds. This provided the clouds beneath as well as above as the last bit of the sun is also obscured by the clouds on this June evening in Ohio. As we flew in and out of the clouds, the sky continued to show some color for a few moments until we descended further and started to see the wet pavement below. The clouds we just saw were the trailing part of a storm which had just moved through the area.
