I was standing on the Juneau-Douglas Bridge photographing the whale sculpture and Downtown Juneau when a Holland America cruise ship departed for the day. I quickly found a view down the Gastineau Channel to capture the cruise ship in the distance with the whale in the foreground. The water feature of the whale sculpture is not constant, thus I waited a few minutes for the water to turn on again and captured this image.
