A single aircraft departs and begins an easterly turn on a cool December evening south of Denver International Airport. With some high clouds in the sky, the light from the airport illuminates the bottoms to provide contrast. This image is a 45 second exposure, from about four miles south of the airport. The solid white lines are the landing lights, while the dots on the path is the beacon light.
