I was heading back across San Francisco Bay to Bay Farm Island as the sky started to light up during sunset. From the back of the ferry I watched as the sky changed color first across San Francisco and then across the peninsula as the ferry headed south. This was a nice surprise after a day exploring the City and Angel Island.
