As I walked towards Freedom Tower in a light rain from Battery Park, all of a sudden the clouds started to give way showing Freedom Tower. I quickly grabbed my camera to capture the upper portion of the building alone in the clouds for about a minute before the clouds quickly moved back to obstruct the view as the rain turned heavier.
