A couple of months ago as I was walking towards Civic Center Park I noticed a reflection of the Colorado State Capitol building when looking at the Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center. With some traffic restrictions in the area I was able to have a little more flexibility with where I could stand on Lincoln Avenue to position the reflection in the ideal spot of the building mixing the branches of government into one image.
