While exploring the North Shore of Oahu, I came across an interesting grouping of rocks. I sat and watched as the waves of the ocean pushed up on the rocks and then as the water cascaded back into the ocean like a waterfall. Depending on the strength of the tide each time it determine the effect of the water. From some rocks higher up I set-up my tripod to capture this waterfall, and just like when photographing any waterfall you want to use a little longer shutter speed in order to capture the motion and not freeze the water. With the body of water also in the image, I was also able to capture the motion letting it add to the photograph.
