In the winter of 2008 I was at Glacier National Park photographing and enjoying the scenery. After a day of snowshoeing up the road I was heading back and stopped at the west end of Lake McDonald just after sunset. As the night settled in I captured the quiet winter evening in the park which is quite different then being there in the summer.
